Sheila Hulyk is a seasoned expert in love, marriage, and relationship guidance, dedicated to helping singles find lasting love and supporting couples as they prepare for marriage.
Her journey into wedding officiating was shaped by a personal experience of being denied the opportunity to officiate a wedding. Determined that no couple would ever face such disappointment, Sheila made it her mission to ensure every love story is honored and celebrated.
With a natural gift for matchmaking and a deep faith-driven passion, Sheila has successfully guided countless couples into meaningful relationships and marriages. She is the founder of Diamond Covenant Marriage Officiating and Match Latch Global Matchmaking, where she combines her God-given talents with professional expertise to create ceremonies that are heartfelt, personal, and unforgettable.

Dr. Candy H. Ratliff is on a mission to transform lives, providing soul care for spiritual renewal, emotional healing, and destiny fulfillment. As an award-winning Christian counselor, educator, and author, she has dedicated over forty years to education and more than a decade to empowering individuals, couples, and communities to thrive. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, National Certified Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, and Certified God Therapy Inner Healing and Deliverance Therapist. Whether guiding a couple through a tailored workbook, encouraging Christian women through retreats and summits, or presenting at conferences to bridge the gap between faith and mental health, Dr. Ratliff brings wisdom, compassion, and a deep commitment to God’s purpose. As the recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Ratliff is celebrated for her unwavering service to others. Yet her greatest fulfillment comes from connecting with people: praying with intercessory groups, empowering Christian women, and witnessing clients experience breakthroughs that reflect God’s love and guidance.

Tianna’s expertise ensures diligent, compliant, and client-focused service delivery. Adding an essential layer of legal integrity and trust to her professional profile, Ms. De Cunha is also a duly commissioned Notary Public for the State of Texas. Jim will admit to always having been a little starry eyed at weddings and is excited for the opportunity to share in the joy of these events by helping to make sure they meet all of the expectations of the new couples, bride and groom and their loved ones. “A solid spiritual and emotional foundation is the strongest foundation”.
As Match Latch & Diamond Covenant Marriage Officiating’s Vice President, Jim leads a focus on delivering thoughtfully designed wedding experiences that align with each couple’s values and vision. Since the company’s inception, he has helped shape services that honor love, faith, and family, ensuring every interaction—from first inquiry
to the final vow—reflects grace, clarity, and impeccable service. His core strengths include strategic vision for wedding officiating and matchmaking services, elevating client experience through meticulous service design, and building collaborative partnerships with venues, vendors, and couples. Jim emphasizes operational integrity, quality standards, and process optimization to ensure reliable execution and measurable satisfaction.
